If your saree didn’t steal your heart right away, just let us know within 5 days of delivery. Returns are a limited-time love story — 5 days only! Miss it, and we can’t help it.

We’ll help you find the one — whether it’s an exchange or a smooth return. Because at SAHANI'S, fashion should feel just right. 💖

🚫 What We Can’t Take Back (Even If We Love You!)

  • No returns or exchanges on sale items
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original packaging
  • An unboxing video is required for all return requests

Once the tag is removed or the item has been worn, washed, or stitched, it is not eligible for return.

📸 Oops, It Arrived Damaged?

Snap a picture/video and email us right away — we’ll fix it fast. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

(An unboxing video is mandatory for verification)

Damage after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

🎨 Colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.

🚫 What We Can’t Accept (A Note Just for the Rule-Breakers)

If a product is returned with the tag removed, or shows signs of being worn, washed, stitched, or damaged after delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund.

In such cases, the product will be sent back to you, and the return shipping fee will need to be settled before dispatch.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange – Domestic & International

To get started, please reach out to our customer care team at info.sahanis@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll share detailed return instructions and shipping information via email.

  • Domestic Orders: Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
  • International Orders: Customers outside India are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties or taxes.

Please ensure the item is in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and packed securely.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds are not part of our current policy. Instead, you may choose:

  • Exchange for another design of equal or higher value
  • SAHANI’S Store Credit valid for 365 days

All exchanges depend on product availability and will be processed after inspection.

📦 Packing Instructions

  • Pack securely
  • Write Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

💸 Shipping Reimbursement

After inspection, store credit will be processed along with reimbursement up to ₹100 for self-shipping cost.

Please ensure courier charges do not exceed ₹100 as this is the maximum refund allowed.

💰 Refund / Credit Process

  • Return request raised and instructions shared
  • Domestic: pickup arranged
  • International: self-shipping required
  • Quality inspection at warehouse
  • Store credit issued after successful inspection
  • Credit processed within 5–7 business days
  • Store credit valid for 365 days
