Each saree at SAHANI’S is crafted with care — we do our best to make product descriptions and images as accurate as possible. Still:

  • Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
  • Embellishments like sequins or beads may naturally shed. It’s the nature of the beauty.

If you have any questions, we're happy to help before you purchase.

Stock is subject to availability and may change without notice, especially during sales or launches.

  • All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
  • Orders are only confirmed after your payment is processed.
  • Items in your cart aren’t reserved until payment is complete.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to payment issues, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded as per policy.

💸 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking & wallet payments.
  • Prices may change due to seasonal demand or availability without prior notice.
  • If there’s a pricing glitch, we’ll notify you before processing the order.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 24 hours (no verification required).
  • COD Orders: Verification takes 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Domestic Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
  • International Orders: Delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Delays may occur due to customisation, holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. (An unboxing video is required for all return requests).
  • Customized or damaged items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are provided as store credit only.
  • Your store credit is valid for 365 days — that’s a whole year to fall in love with something new! No pressure, no rush.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed through secure gateways — we never store your card details.
